My wife and I lost our oldest dog Rex late on Christmas night. It was sudden and tore our hearts out. Andrea answered the phone at 1:30 in the morning to our semi coherent and distraught questions and ensured us that she would take care of what needed to be done. She was always available for questions and explained everything we needed to know to help us through and had no problems when we kept changing and adding things to make sure we had all of the little details just right. I even messed up her name when we met her to give some items for Rex to be cremated with and she never skipped a beat.
