I recently had to have a furry family member put to sleep. He had been diagnosed with a disease that we were managing quite well, but things suddenly took a turn overnight. I called my vet in the morning with the hopes of having him seen so he could pass without enduring anymore discomfort , but like many offices post COVID, they were booked to the max and unable to see him . I reached out to Andrea, and within 10 minutes she called me back with a Vet that was willing to meet me at Friends Forever and gently end my pets suffering. Having to call a stranger at such an emotional moment was stressful to say the least, but Andrea brought me peace. She is kind, caring, compassionate and beyond helpful.
