Andrea was so helpful with the entire process. She was patient with us, (especially me, I was a mess), and walked us through everything. She gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye to our ferret. His box came out so beautiful but the Rainbow Bridge poem made me cry my face off again. I would recommend this place to anyone. The entire experience made me feel better knowing Bear was in good hands. Andrea went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough.
