Andrea is so nice and so very understanding of the pain in losing a precious family member. Everything just happened so quickly and unexpectedly that I was very confused and lost, but she was very patient and guided me through every option and steps for the cremation. I am so thankful and so grateful for her for treating Tazz with so much respect and care.
