When our beloved cat reached the end stage of her illness, we knew we would call Andrea at Friends Forever on her final day. This the second time we brought a pet to Andrea. Andrea made us feel 100% confident our pet would be treated lovingly and respectfully from the time we dropped her off to the time we picked her up, and 100% confident that the remains of our pet and only our pet would be returned to us. We are fortunate to have her nearby and ready to help, as it greatly reduced our stress during a very sad time. We would not consider bringing a pet anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend.

Friends Forever Pet Crematory is amazing! Words can’t express how grateful I am for the compassionate care we received from Andrea at Friends Forever Pet Crematory. Our poor 17 1/2 year old Chloe passed away at home. I was devastated, but Andrea did everything in her power to make it an easier experience. We were promptly given an appointment, she helped me fill out the forms. They have a lovely seating area where you can spend time with your furbaby. Her box was beautifully engraved with her name and dates, and we were able to bring her home within a few days. I am so glad we found Friends Forever Pet Crematory and highly recommend their services.

After our beloved Bella passed away on December 14, 2023. My Mom and I were left heartbroken, devastated, and confused about our next steps. After deciding on cremation, I had researched some places, and ultimately decided to bring Bella here. And I will not regret that for a moment. Andrea was unbelievably sweet and consoling. She made us feel very comfortable in the process, as we’ve never lost a pet before. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for this, but were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable everything was priced, even being seen late at night. The facility is clean and you can feel the love and care that they have for these beloved pets. My mom and I decided to privately cremate her at this facility and It was definitely the right decision to honor our Bella this way. Once she was ready be picked up, we headed over, and again we were pleasantly satisfied on how everything was packaged. The paw print mold, and urn was absolutely beautiful we loved everything. We were even given seeds to plant a tree in her honor. Of course we are devastated at our loss, but could not be anymore grateful for what they’ve done for us. I can not say enough good things about this place and the woman that works there. My girlfriend and I have now brought 2 of our dogs who passed away here. Each time we were greeted with dignity and compassion. I’m sorry I can not remember the woman’s name but she is incredibly personable and shows a great amount of care in a incredibly vulnerable time. They treat your pet as if it were a human family member. The products and services they offer are top notch. We will be using them in the future and will recommend any family and friends.
