Veterinarian gently holding the paw of an older dog

What To Do First

My pet passed away at my veterinary hospital.

You should ask which pet crematory they use!

Even if your veterinary hospital does not work directly with Friends Forever, please know that you have the right to choose who cares for your pet.

You DO NOT have to use the pet crematory they suggest. Your Pet! Your Family! Your Choice!

I’m scheduling euthanasia at my veterinary hospital.

If you’re planning a euthanasia appointment at a veterinary hospital that does not partner with us, you can still choose Friends Forever Pet Crematory.

Please call our office 609.882.1800 in advance to coordinate the details so that we can arrange to receive your pet.

My veterinarian already partners with Friends Forever.

If your veterinary hospital is partnered with us, you do not have to do anything.

Your veterinarian will assist you in completing the necessary paperwork and they will notify us that we need to bring your loved one into our care.

My pet passed away at home. What should I do?

If your pet has passed away at home, you have two options:

  • You may bring your pet to our memorial center.
  • Our caring team can come to your home to assist you.

We’re Here To Help

Please call us at 609.882.1800 so we can guide you through the next steps and make the arrangements.
