Our sweet girl passed this morning after a ruff week. We know her kidney and heart problems would eventually take her but we had hoped for more time.
Bibi was our granddaughter’s pup that she pushed around in her toy shopping cart as a toddler. She came to us in 2015 when she needed to be an “only dog”. She quickly settled in and found her way into our hearts also.
Bibi was a funny dog, constantly doing things to make us laugh, like the way she slept at times or playing with her 9 squeaky chickens. She disliked car rides, always shaking, or vibrating as our youngest called it during the ride to the vet or the groomer, although on the way home she was fine. Makes you wonder if she knew something was up. She greeted us at the door with such enthusiastic love. While working from home over the last three years, she became my shadow, following me everywhere. We already miss her snuggles.
It is true whoever said, “The most difficult thing about having a dog is the goodbye”.
We will love you and miss you always! Rest now sweet pea.
