3yrs ago. It was a snowy winter at the end of December, our beloved 14 yrs old cat Cookie passed away… It was the saddest day in my life as our first pet loss. We wanted to cremate him but we didn’t know where we should bring him. Then, we met Andrea. She cared about our feelings and she respectfully took care of our Cookie. ..We were very satisfied with her services, Then 3 yrs later we lost another beloved our special cat, Conan. He was 19 yrs old….This time we didn’t panic. Because I knew where I needed to call. It’s Friends Forever’s Andrea. She did the same as the last time professionally cremated and took care of Conan. Now we know that both Cookie and Conan were reunited together in heaven…Rest in Peace. Thank you very much Andrea. They both love you from heaven.
