After the unexpected death of our puppy at our house, we didn’t know what to do. We wanted an imprint of Archie’s paw and a cremation. After the vet bills we had a limit of what we could spend. Other places wanted to charge us an arm and leg for the minimum, and expensive additional charges for anything extra, or they had a 3-5 day wait to have your loved ones remains given back to you.
Andrea was kind, honest, transparent and made the experience as normal as it could have been. We were able to take our pup in the matter of hours, and get him back the next day. We are so thankful for making this process smooth and straight forward.
