Andrea was the most sweetest compassionate person we could’ve ever asked to lay our sweet boy to rest , she also explained everything so thoroughly, I’ll admit after losing my bestfriend I was a little timid & scared of who I would be bringing him to & leaving him with but as soon as I left I knew we had picked the absolute best place out there! if you’re scared of not getting back your babies remains .. please read her story & understand why she started this & what she’s doing she treats every pet that comes in as her own! I picked up my sweet boy today & everything was beyond perfect exceeded my expectations which were already high.

Friends Forever was beyond caring and completely exceeded my expectations. I was treated like family and I know my pet rabbit Jessica was treated with respect and dignity while in their care. Andrea is so nice and so very understanding of the pain in losing a precious family member. Everything just happened so quickly and unexpectedly that I was very confused and lost, but she was very patient and guided me through every option and steps for the cremation. What a wonderful service for such a sad time. My husband and I just had to have our dog put to sleep (he was 15 years old). They have a beautiful memorial center, the place is immaculate, and couldn’t have found more helpful, compassionate people. Andrea was absolutely wonderful! We lost our dog Rex Christmas night and we called her at 1:36am the day after. She answered and was very patient with us through our mostly incoherent conversation. I highly recommend Friends Forever because of the care and compassion she showed us. I asked her to do multiple clay prints and ink prints and she did them flawlessly. Andrea truly has a gift for this.

Our best friend, old lady cat passed away over the weekend and unsure what to do, but knowing we wanted to have her cremated, we reached out to Friends Forever. They took our call immediately and arranged to meet us as soon as possible. Sadie was treated so thoughtfully and kindly, and so were my husband and I. The whole process was quick and respectful of our grief. Simply having her remains back home with us, along with her paw and nose prints makes the house feel more normal.
Forever Friends loves animals and people, this is so easy to see. Every life is treated respectfully, from a tiny field mouse on up.

First thing I noticed was the place was very clean which I loved . Andrea was so understanding and kind also very professional. She took good care of my fur baby Tarzan.
