I was referred to Forever Friends from my Yorkies Caesar’s vet. I met with Andrea on May 5th 2017. I knew she was the one I wanted to have handle all my Caesar’s arrangements. I just never thought it would be the next day. Andrea received my call that I had to put my fur baby to rest late Saturday afternoon. She was very accomadating and compassionate. I’m missing my Caesar so much. That day was devastating but Andrea helped me get through his viewing and cremation. She even took her time to take several ink prints of his nose and paw for a pendant I’m having done. I would recommend Forever Friends to anyone. If you want private this is truly private not like others that say they are private cremation but aren’t. Thank you so much Andrea for everything. My Caesar was in good hands with you.

My wife and I lost our oldest dog Rex late on Christmas night. It was sudden and tore our hearts out. Andrea answered the phone at 1:30 in the morning to our semi coherent and distraught questions and ensured us that she would take care of what needed to be done. She was always available for questions and explained everything we needed to know to help us through and had no problems when we kept changing and adding things to make sure we had all of the little details just right. I even messed up her name when we met her to give some items for Rex to be cremated with and she never skipped a beat. We are so grateful for your dedication to helping families through these hard times and how caring you were for us and Rex. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone in need.

Andrea helped me through what was easily the worst day of my life. She treated my boy, West, with dignity and respect. She informed me with each step of the process, and treated me too with kindness. This was the only place worthy to cremate my beloved dog and I am so grateful to have found this establishment.

When our beloved orange tabby cat,Oscar, had to be euthanized, we called Andrea. She was most professional, empathetic and reassuring. We were met at the door and Andrea took Oscar and put him in a viewing room for us to say goodbye. Then she explained the process and all options.
My concern was that he be treated with respect and dignity and not be frozen until the cremation. Andrea exceeded our expectations.
I returned after the weekend to witness his cremation and take his ashes home.
Friends Forever and Andrea made a very black day bearable with her caring attitude.

I just wanna say, so much, thanks to Andrea, she was very informative about the process and very kind, Also, Andrea picks up within minutes, which either she can take your deceased love one to the place . When my dog had passed , my family didn’t know what exactly to do with her body , and was confused and waiting on me for my answer Andrea instructed them what to do when it happened . My dog wasn’t doing well this week due to sudden illness and weakness, and unfortunately didn’t make it. Which was sad for me to see and witness . While i went there. I must say it is very peaceful, quiet and relaxing for those who are grieving like me, I didn’t want to bury her for plenty of reasons . So I looked over the internet and did some research for places . I didn’t like the place my vet had recommended and was associated with due to high volume and not saying goodbye to my dog and not knowing if it’s her remains I gotten back . And certain places didn’t allow to come to crematories or same day ashes . I did a private which we have had to wait in a room ( family waiting room ) and wait for her ashes to return back to me , simply calming and beautiful , this is exactly what I had asked for in a private cremate for my dog . However ; I did see her go into the chamber because it’s what I wanted to do. You don’t have to do it if you don’t want to .
( You Do Not Stay IN THE SAME ROOM WHILE ITS HAPPENING ) just watch them put your beloved in That’s all about it. It has been a hard time for me, and this made me realize , that Andrea took her time and was patient , I have gotten the last goodbyes as I wanted to see her , that’s what I had wanted. they gave her a tag which was attached to her leg , which means sure that it was for sure my dog ashes , I got it back and it was the same . ( but I was the only person there and I trusted ) because I had felt like other places wouldn’t have had done the same . If I have another pet in future and eventually this happens again. This is my go to place to say goodbye to my pet. Burying wasn’t my option due to her tumors that stuck out of her . And cremation was mine . I hope I shared this well with others , this place is 5 stars literally . Everything included in my plan was very helpful . And well needed. Thanks !

I had met Andrea previously and was glad to hear I could have my beloved pet taken care of and returned to me, so when my best friend got to the point of just existing I contacted Andrea and set up a date for both tasks of having my precious Samantha put to sleep and her remaining body taken care of. Andrea is a compassionate, caring, respectful and extremely comforting professional. She contacted a mobile vet {who also was kind and caring} and working with my weird schedule had everything in line for such a dark time in my life, she and the rooms were very comforting. When we arrived we had some time before the vet’s scheduled time, did I say she was comforting, she helped me with the fact that I was doing the right thing by my sweet Samantha, You can tell right away even speaking with her on the phone she is a true animal lover. I didn’t know this option was available for animals and Samantha was too good a life companion for just a hole in the ground, so this was a perfect solution for me and I have her with me until the time we are together again. We all dread the time that our family fur-baby has to leave us; but knowing that there are people like Andrea close by to help with such a sad time is a blessing.

Thank you Andrea for being there for me in assisting and taking control of such a sensitive task, you will be highly spoken of with friends.

In loving memory of Samantha 1/16/05-2/11/17

Just recently our beloved Chance passed away. It was heart breaking and a difficult process to go through. We wanted to honor him and the love and memories that we created together so we went to Friends Forever. They were able to help us with everything that we needed and give us all of our opinions that we could do. We chose to get a regular urn and a keychain urn in memory of Chance. I thank them very much for everything they did to help us with our loved one. RIP Chance

It is with an extremely heavy heart that we said goodbye to our best friend of 16 years yesterday. Nanook was one of a kind, and the best dog anyone could have ever wished for. We could not have made it through this difficult time without the support provided by Andrea & Friends Forever. Her display of compassion for us, and our beloved, helped us tremendously through the grieving process. The memorial service she provided was so beautiful, and the keepsakes she created will help us honor our boy’s memory forever.

It was a true blessing that we happened upon Friends Forever. Andrea answered my initial phone call, she was kind, empathic and professional. When we arrived we met Andrea and the moment we walked through the door we were instantly at ease. It is pristine and well done. I could never have imagined such respect, care and concern for both our pet and us. The level of detail paid to the entire experience was above and beyond our expectations. If you are able to visit this place ahead of the time you may need it, you will see for yourself. Can’t fully express our gratitude at our lowest point of sorrow for being connected with someone who really knows what it’s like to be in our shoes.

I cannot tell you how wonderful Friends Forever is. In this horrific time of loss they were so kind and I knew that my doggie doodle was in the best hands. They didn’t just toss him aside with a bunch of other animals, they took care of him and stayed with him throughout the cremation. Andrea called me a few hours after I dropped him off to let me know how it was going. She then called me the very next day to update me and tell me when I could pick him up. Within 24 hours I was able to go and pick up my doggy doodle. If there were 10 stars I would give them 10 stars

Thankful to have found them during a very emotional time. The loss of my bunny was sudden & unexpected. I was not comfortable with the service my vet was recommending. Their reviews were very concerning. Luckily I found Friends Forever. Andrea answered immediately & was true to her word that she would call back as soon as she was finished with another appointment. She explained the services they offered & was very thorough. My sweet bunny was ready to pick up & bring home that very same day. I would highly recommend entrusting them.

After losing our boy, we were without a doubt distraut. Andrea from Friends Forever, was so compassionate and made the whole experience actually pleasant. I felt so comfortable that my boy was in their hands and being so extremely cared for. The website takes you through the whole process from start to finish and you are aware of everything being done. Watching our pet become more and more tired and pained is one of the worst experiences. Bentley hung in there and rebounded a few times and we were so ever grateful to him. When we made our decision to finally let go, we found and contacted Friends Forever Pet Crematory and speaking with Andrea on the phone and we schedule a visit to the crematory. We were very pleased with Andrea, showing us her facility and discussing all her available options for the passing of our pet. When we were ready Friends Forever Pet Crematory provided us with a very comforting and calm family room which had a window that Bentley was able to look out of while we had our last moments and last good byes to our beloved Bentley. Later, I was able to witness Bentley remains being placed into the crematory, Andrea prior to my arrival had placed Bentley in the same family room, for me to have a last moment and respect of his remains, he looked so serene and comfortable, and I’m forever grateful to have had that last moment with Bentley remains and participate in his cremation. Our deepest appreciation to Forever Friends Pet Crematory for providing calm and supportive process of our beloved Bentley’s (06/30/2004 – 07/08/2019) journey onto the Rainbow Bridge.

We recently lost our Morkie dog and took him to Friends Forever Pet Crematory to be cared for, and caring for him/about him is exactly what they did! As this is obviously a very difficult time in our life, the care and service that we recieved was extremely comforting. Their service was very professional, PERSONAL, and the costs were made very clear to us ahead of time and were very reasonable. Thank you to Friends Forever for making the passing of our beloved dog a little less painful!

I found Andrea when my boy Logan passed because I live in Ewing, NJ. I was SO happy I did because she made a horrible time in my life as easy as it could be. When my dog Ralphie got sick I knew I was going to go back to Friends Forever. I had to put Ralphie down last Thursday and that night (around 1am) I called Andrea and she made the whole process easy once again. She went and picked my boy up from the hospital so I wouldn’t have to worry about it and called me the next day so my mom and I could come say goodbye one more time. I would recommend Andrea a thousand times over!

On Saturday morning, my beautiful pet duck died after having sustained a spinal injury from an attack by a Canada Goose on April 4th. My heart is broken…..

On a Saturday of a holiday weekend, we got lucky when we found Friends Forever Pet Crematory in Ewing, NJ. Andrea couldn’t have been any more helpful, compassionate or supportive. She gave us the option of being there when our duck was cremated, which we accepted since we’d heard horror stories about people receiving the wrong ashes or a mix of many animals cremated together at some crematories. It’s upsetting enough to lose your pet and it makes you feel so much better knowing that your pet was cared for as if it was their own, right up to the end. Everything was done with such care and professionalism. I could tell as soon as I met her and the way she took care of our duck that she loves animals.

I like to share positive information and positive experiences, even though losing a beloved pet is what creates a possible need for cremation. When and if we have a need for this service again with another pet, I definitely will choose Friends Forever Pet Crematory. I can’t say enough nice things about how this experience helped us get through a difficult time. Now, my broken heart just needs to heal.

On December 1st 2015, I rescued a male Japanese Chin who I later named Buddy. Even though I was told that Buddy had a heart murmur, I didn’t care. There was an instant bond between the two of us. In the three years we were blessed to have Buddy as part of our family, he became my shadow and best pal. No matter where I was, he had to be right there by my side, or sitting on the back of the couch, resting his head on my shoulder. Eight months ago, Buddy became very ill. He stopped eating and began losing his coat. After being misdiagnosed by the vet who was at the time treating him, we rushed him to Northstar. The vets at Northstar Veterinary Hospital ran numerous tests on Buddy and we finally learned that he was diabetic, had developed Cushing’s Decease and thyroid issues. We cared for Buddy’s medical needs like we would a sick child. When he lost his sight due to the diabetes, we carried him in and out of the house to relieve himself and made him special meals. As if our Buddy hadn’t suffered enough, a few months ago, Buddy suffered two consecutive inner ear strokes which really took a toll on our Buddy boy. Buddy’s quality of life had diminished so badly that we had no alternative but to help him find his way across the Rainbow Bridge into God’s waiting arms.

I’m sharing our story because once our decision was made, we began making the necessary arrangements. We were told about Forever Friends Pet Crematory by a family member. In today’s “social media” it’s not often that you read about the good deeds of others. It seems that many thrive on the negative. I want to share that in dealing with Andrea, owner of FFPC, we were treated like family and as if we lost a child. The care, passion, love and respect we received from Andrea was so heartwarming and meaningful that we were able to find some solace in the loss of our Buddy boy. Thank you, Andrea for your kind and gentle soul. It’s wonderful to know that there really are angels walking amongst us.
